Mold Temperature Controller

Our Mold Temperature Controllers, with their compact design, will not take much space and will stand up in heavy duty operating conditions. Our mold temperature controllers offer the following features:

  1. Full digital (P.I.D) smart type temperature controller, which is accurate in display and in the control of temperature in the injection mold. Accuracy is approx. ± 1°F.
  2. Direct pump equipped with high quality durable seals. Aluminum cover of pump motor can dissipate the heat quickly.
  3. Automatic refill of the medium liquid (water or oil) for constant cooling.

Safety Features

  1. Reverse current relay.
  2. Pump reverse protection device.
  3. Pump overload protection switch.
  4. Water shortage automatic alarm device. In case of a lack of medium liquid, the alarm light will turn on, the machine will automatically emit a warning sound, and the power source of the electric heating device and pump will be automatically cut off.

Automatic Mold Temperature Controller
